Do I need to download an app?

No downloads needed. Park Plan AI is a web app — it works in your browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Just open the URL, enter your key, and you're in. You can add it to your phone's home screen for an app-like experience.

Do I need a Google account to use it?

No Google account required. Anyone can use it — just open the URL and enter your license key. That's it.

Is it a one-time purchase or subscription?

The license key is valid for 12 months from date of purchase and is for your personal use only. No ongoing fees, no subscription, no catches.

How quickly do I receive my license key?

Usually within a few minutes of purchase. Your key is sent via Etsy message. If you haven't received it within a few hours, just send us a message on Etsy and we'll sort it straight away.

Can I share it with my travel party?

The story behind the app

Hi, I'm Rebecca — and I've been obsessed with the magic since 1998 ✨

My very first trip as a wide-eyed kid sparked something that never went away. Over the years, I dragged my family back again and again — building bigger spreadsheets, crazier itineraries, and a borderline-unhealthy knowledge of queue patterns.

After 25+ years of visiting the parks, I realised it can be overwhelming — for first-time visitors and veterans alike. Rides change, crowds get bigger, and people waste precious time standing in queues instead of maximising their day. I looked around and every planner I found was static, leaving the heavy lifting to the user. So I thought: why not build an intelligent planner? One that uses 10+ years of real data on crowds, wait times, and restaurants. The result — a smart app that does the hard work so you can focus on the fun.

My two children (now 24 and 21!) grew up sharing the same passion. One of them is actually there right now — probably on Space Mountain for the 47th time.
